Duke Properties LLC was established with the intentions of building high quality homes at a below market price. Our goal has been to build affordable homes in Southwest Florida. We have been successfully building spacious concrete block homes with 30 year roofs, large two car garages and oversized lots for below market prices in Lehigh Acres.
We have been able to achieve this goal by keeping overhead costs down with the principals being hands on in every aspect of the project. This strategy allows the home buyer to get more home for their buck.
